Oak Tree - English

This majestic, slow growing native tree can be found growing across the British countryside and its broadly oval shape is often seen dominating the landscape. A wonderful woodland and parkland tree, it is thought that oak trees can often grow to more than 1,000 years old. The familiar site of the ridged bark, green lobed leaves and acorns in autumn makes this tree easy to recognise. Suitable for exposed areas, large estates and parkland.
